When I'm sitting still I'm feel ok, but otherwise have bad lower back pain on my right side. Not sure what it is?hurt when I take a deep breath or cough.Had it for almost a day…wondering if it's worth a trip to the ER.No heath care, so it's that or wait it out.Any suggestions?
You don't say where you live, but in the U.S. emergency rooms MUST treat anyone who comes in the door. It's a law.Whether you have health insurance or not does not matter.Check with your local laws, but probably they will treat you.
If you aren't running a fever or feeling nauseated, you probably have a strained muscle.Lower back pain on one side that is constant or getting stronger is sometimes a kidney stone on whichever side it occurs.Which usually you will pass with drinking plenty of fluids.Heart problem pains on men usually occur in the left side.Intestinal gas usually is a right sided pain.
You probably twisted wrong or picked something up wrong and strained a muscle in your lower back.If the pain is stable and doesn't seem to be getting a lot worse, that is usually the cause. If the pain gets worse and starts to radiate around to the front and even move toward your groin, it is a kidney stone. All the emergency room will do is X-ray tell you to drink a lot of fluids to pass it, hand you a medical bill and send you home.
You mentioned "cough."If you are doing a lot of coughing from a cold or flu, that can cause a strain in the lower back too.If it gets hard to breath, you need to go to emergency. That is a sign of pneumonia or a blood clot. But since you are feeling fine, it probably is just a strain.
Try putting a heating pad on it and relaxing. If it is a muscle you will feel better in a day or two.If it is a kidney stone, the pain will get much worse before it passes and gets better. But fever, worsening cough, trouble breathing, emergency room.
Yes I think you are.Time to book your appointment at the abortion clinic
